Benefits
- 20,000 subsidized tractors will be distributed across all districts of Punjab.
- Two subsidy tiers:
- Rs. 500,000 for locally-manufactured tractors (50–65 HP) — 10,000 units.
- Rs. 1,000,000 for higher-powered or imported tractors (75 HP and above) — 10,000 units.
- Modern and efficient tractors reduce fuel use and boost farming productivity, especially for small-to-medium landholders.
Eligibility
To qualify, you must be:
- A permanent resident of Punjab.
- The owner or lessee of agricultural land (typically between 1–50 acres).
- Not previously received a tractor under Phase 1.
- Must have a valid CNIC (and Kissan Card if needed)
- Land records must be accurate and up-to-date to avoid rejection.
Application Process (Step-by-Step)
1. Application Window:
Applications began mid-August 2025 and—for many districts—remain open until 1 September.
2. Where to Apply:
Head to the official portal: gts.punjab.gov.pk. Helpline: 0800-17000 (timings 8 AM–8 PM)
3. Online Registration:
- Register using your CNIC and mobile number.
- Fill out your details, including land information and preferred tractor category.
- Upload scans: CNIC, land (or lease) documents, photo, and bank or Kissan Card details if requested.
4. Selection:
A computerized lottery (e-lottery) will take place at the tehsil or district level to ensure fairness.
5. Notification & Delivery:
If selected, you’ll be informed via SMS/email and given instructions for payment and tractor pickup.
