CM Punjab E-Bike Scheme 2025 August Update Get Rs 100,000 Support for Electric Bikes

The Punjab government has started a new plan called the Chief Minister’s E-Bike Scheme. The aim of this scheme is to help people buy electric bikes and to reduce the use of petrol bikes. This will save fuel, reduce pollution, and make travel cheaper for common people.

What is the CM E-Bike Scheme?

Under this scheme, people who buy a new electric bike will get financial support from the government. The government will give up to Rs. 100,000 as help. This amount is given in two parts. The first part is given after registration, and the second part is given after using the bike for some time .

Who Can Apply?

  • Anyone who bought a new electric bike after December 2024 can apply.
  • Only new electric bikes are allowed. Petrol bikes changed into e-bikes are not included.
  • To apply, you must give:
    • Your CNIC and personal details
    • Bike model, brand, and registration number
    • A copy of the registration book
    • Clear pictures of your bike

How to Get the Money?

  1. First, register your e-bike on the official portal.
  2. After registration, your bike will be checked by the team.
  3. Once approved, you will get Rs. 50,000 in your account.
  4. For the second Rs. 50,000, you need to:
    • Link your bike with the Green Credit app
    • Use your bike for at least 6,000 km within six months

  • Saves fuel money every month.
  • Reduces air pollution and keeps the environment clean.
  • Makes Punjab move toward modern and green transport.

August 2025 Update

In the August update, the government announced that more funds have been added so that a large number of people can join the scheme. The goal is to make 30% of transport in Punjab electric by 2030.
